Tilghman Park is the main “playground” in Chandler for both young and old and was originally a part of the historic National Guard Encampment Site. Its facilities include a pavilion, picnic tables, playground equipment, restrooms, and a meeting room with kitchen and restroom facilities. The park is also home to the Chandler Round-Up Club which hosts play days for horse riders and an annual rodeo. South of the park is the Route 66 Pavilion and RV Park, where there are 25 sites with water and electric hookups.
