The mission of the Chandler Ambulance Service is to continue the tradition of excellence by protecting and enhancing the quality of life for our citizens. Providing progressive, highly trained and properly equipped personnel with a strong commitment to deliver the highest quality, effective, and efficient medical service to the residents of Chandler and our EMS district.

If you would like to apply for Chandler's ambulance service, please submit the form below in-person at City Hall. Service is from October 1, 2025 - September 30, 2026. Membership fee is $69.66 inside city limits and $104.50 outside city limits.
